The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card needs to match the one used to guarantee the booking.

In case the booking is done by another cardholder, other than the guest, the resort will need proof such as the copy of the back and front of the card, a correspondence of the cardholder allowing the resort to use the credit card as well as the ID cardpassport of the cardholder.

Room rates on 24 Decembera Christmas gala dinner and the rates on 31 Decembera New Years gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
